We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operates in over 200 countries and islands world wide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world. 

How long does Processing Time?

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

How long does shipping take?

Shipment delivery time by destination:

US Shipment: 4 - 25 Days

Canada: 7 - 20 Days

Europe Shipment: 5-25 Days

All Other Countries: 7 - 35 Days 

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking info within 3 days then feel free to get in touch.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 10 days after purchase if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

What if you want faster delivery time?
We are also offering EMS – Express Mail Service and FedEx Shipping for countries in which they are available. However, these are only for some products and for special cases.

Should you wish to get your products within Two Business Weeks, please contact us before purchasing or immediately after purchase care@bitsofjoy.ca

We will then send you a separate PayPal Invoice to pay for EMS/ FedEx Service, stating charges depending on the location.

Please note that we will ship out your products only after you have paid for the additional service. Once the shipment is out, it will be difficult for us to change the Delivery Service.
